FUNCTIONS
- To administer the Government's in-service training programmes.
- To promote and advice on Agency (Ministerial/ Departmental) training programmes.
- To administer overseas short-term and long-term training for the Citizens of Saint Lucia.
- To develop and administer a service-wide Training Policy, which will provide general guidance.
- To develop and establish training plans and programmes.
- To provide access to tertiary education. This includes the provision of funding in the form of scholarships, partial and full, economic cost awards, tuition refund and financial assistance.
