FUNCTIONS
- Review management systems, operations procedures, policies and processes.
- Evaluation of jobs in keeping with established Job Evaluation Factors of the Saint Lucia Public Service.
- Examine and evaluate requests from Ministries and Departments for the upgrade, classification, activation, creation and re-designation of posts, to provide advice on related matters and submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers.
- Investigate problems which affect the organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Ministries and Departments and recommend feasible solutions.
- Undertake manpower and management audits and draw up manpower plan proposals.
- Identify, visit and negotiate with proprietors on acceptable cost effective terms and conditions of rental.
- Design and construction drawings of office space.
- Administer the tender process and evaluate tenders.
- Project Management.
