Role of the Ministry
The Ministry of the Public Service is the Central coordinating Agency of the Saint Lucia Public Service with major responsibilities for the management and administration of the Public Service and its human resources, as well as, the management of facilities Government-wide.
Structure of the Ministry
The Ministry of the Public Service consists of five (5) major divisions. These are:

- Establishment
- Negotiations
- Training
- e-Government
